Bellevue Surgery Reception Area Refurbishment

D&G complete the reception refurbishment of the Bellevue Doctors Surgery in Newport.

The complete out of hours refurbishment has transferred the surgery reception area.  From it's previous dated look the

doctors surgery now has a much ligher and fresher feel.

 


 

D&G Win The Swansea University ILS2 Tender

We are delighted to have been appointed as the office furniture supplier for the latest phase of Swansea Universities new ILS 2 Building.  Having fitted out the original first phase of the Insitute Of Life Sciences back in 2007 it's a great achivement to have been selected once again for the new building. Delivery & Installation is currently on-going in readiness for the official opening of the building by the First Minister in December 2011.  The Office Furniture selected has been manufactured by Gresham Office Furniture in Bolton which uses their latest "Script Range" of office furniture which offers a stylish yet cost effective solution for the new state of the art offices.

We're delighted to announce that we have been successful in being awarded the Office Furniture & Office Fit-Out contract for the new Inexus head quarters in Cardiff's new Capital Quarter Business Park

INEXUS has become the first tenant at Cardiff's new Capital Quarter business district with a 20,000 sq ft office letting.

The lease by the utility infrastructure company is one of the largest commercial property deals in Wales this year.

It will see Inexus occupy a stand-alone office building at the 7.3-acre mixed use scheme in Cardiff city centre.

The scheme is one of two speculative office developments built by JR Smart. The development has been named Driscoll Buildings and agents are reporting strong interest in the remaining 17,000 sq ft building.

JR Smart is Wales' most successful developer for the past 35 years with more than two million square foot of commercial space to its name.

The developer said the deal underlined its belief that Capital Quarter represented a significant opportunity to boost the economic fortunes of the Welsh capital.

John James, director of joint letting agent Fletcher Morgan, said Inexus had been attracted by the location of the development and the quality of the JR Smart scheme.

Risca Palace Cinema

THE Palace Cinema in Risca, left empty for decades and described as a "blot on the landscape," will be transformed into a new contact centre for the local authority complete with a new library and Tesco Express foodstore.  Opco Construction have been appointed the main contractors who have in turn appoinetd D&G Office Interiors Ltd to supply and install the Tenon Fire & Sound demountable partitioning system to the Grade II listed building.  D&G are forming interview rooms that comprise of facetted double glazed panels with integral blinds in a form not seen before in the Tenon system. The result should be very impressive.

Severnside Recyling has recently consolidated 3 branches into new premises in Caerphilly for its 130 staff. Specialist interior contractor D&G Office Interiors Ltd successfully secured the contract for the fit out and office furniture of these new Headquarters.

As a market leading provider of complete recycling and waste management services, Severnside Recycling wanted to portray its significance in this sector through a tasteful interior scheme whilst adhering to its allocated budget. In the executive offices and conference rooms the design vision was to create an environment that would impress visitors to the company and yet provide functional, comfortable and stylish working areas.

Komfort was selected to manufacture and supply the partitioning. The client preferred the warmth and beauty of veneer to provide a luxurious effect. To meet these requirements Komfort's single offset glazed Klassic was specified in a cherry veneer. Komfort also manufactured the full height veneered doors and supplied the banded manifestation for the glass.

The project was completed on schedule to a very high standard and the client is delighted with its new Head Quarters
